Colonial Warehouse is an adaptive re-use project in the historic North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. The logo, identity and signage all pay homage to the buildings history, which served as the powerhouse and storage facility for the city’s streetcar system. Timeless historic details are interwoven with a modern industrial flare to preserve this building’s natural character and make it even stronger.
